This session cannot be used for advanced support topics. These items require a separate support contract or advanced support package (see below):
- One-on-one tutoring.
- Guidance on using your DAW or other 3rd-party software.
- Troubleshooting 3rd-party software or hardware issues.
- Troubleshooting infrastructure or network issues.
- Troubleshooting Windows or macOS issues (e.g. crashes, low performance)
- Setup of specialist workflows, templates or routing for engineers
