A one-time session for users who need advanced help or one-on-one tutoring from one of our Advanced Support Specialists. This will give you access to one remote or phone session of up to 1 hour in duration. After your purchase, you will receive further instructions via email on how to book this session.
You may use this session to access advanced knowledge directly from our specialized staff; for example:
- Getting one-on-one tutoring on how to use our products
- Getting help on how to route your DAW or other 3rd-party software
- Troubleshooting 3rd-party software and/or hardware issues
- Troubleshooting infrastructure or network issues
- Troubleshooting Windows or macOS issues such as crashes or low performance
- Custom workflows, having the setup customised for what you do specifically or if your setup is not a standard studio recording setup and needs specialist help
- Workflows involving multiple pieces of software and plugin routing
- Routing and template creation
- Anything VPN
- Multi-connect and multi-conference routing for workflows
- Corporate Network and firewall issues
- RTS / sync / ADR workflow setup & troubleshooting (specialist setups).
- Setting multiple workstations / working on multiple setups with engineers and/or talent
