To view your loyalty plan offer:

1. Go to your account dashboard.

2. Click on the "Products & Downloads" tab.

3. Then, select the "Updates" tab.

4. Finally, click the "Upgrade" button next to your Source-Connect 3 license.

The upgrade fee is a one-time payment. To use the software and access support, you need to have an active Network Access Plan. The fee will be charged yearly until you cancel.
